Models

CAPEX (Roof Top Solar EPC Model)

If you are looking to cut your electricity bills or your carbon footprint, using renewable sources of energy is the place to start. If you are willing to make the upfront investment in owning a renewable energy plant then an EPC Model (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) or CAPEX Model is the answer to your needs. You invest on your plant and we offer you turnkey EPC solutions.

OPEX Model

RESCO model (also called OPEX or B-O-O model), is a zero-investment model, where in we build a solar plant on your premises, we will take care of the entire operation and maintenance and sell you power under a 15-25 yr Power Purchase Agreement on pre-decided monthly tariff lower than prevailing grid electricity tariff. There is no upfront investment from you; you can enjoy the electricity that is generated without worrying about any of the associated risk of capital, operations and maintenance issues.

OPEN ACCESS POWER Open Access Power

Government of India (GoI) has set an ambitious target of becoming carbon neutral nation by 2070. GoI has set a target to install 500GWof RE capacity by 2030. Thus, to promote and facilitate installation of RE, Ministry of Power (MoP) has issued the Electricity (Promoting Renewable Energy Through Green Energy Open Access) Rules, 2022 for bringing in regulatory certainty and ease in providing Open Access to the RE-generators/consumers.

Open Access is a great way for bulk consumers of electricity to save on energy cost. Open Access allows consumers to choose their power supplier and source of power ensuring economic sense Under this mechanism, solar power generated by large solar plants at suitable locations is transported to the open access consumer utilizing the existing transmission and distribution system.

Our network of renewable farms has different power procurement models from zero upfront investment (under OPEX model) to minimum investment (under Group Captive model) and up to 100% ownership model (as a Captive unit).

Captive

In the captive CAPEX model, customer makes the 100% upfront capital investment. The buyer owns the power generating asset and consumes generated power. We develop the plant, Take care of Operation & Maintenance on paid AMC basis over its lifetime.

Group Captive

This is a solution for collective usage and co-investment of multiple consumers in a single project. The customers should have at least 26% of the equity and have to consume at least 51% of the power produced.

Third Party Open Access

We offering a unique solution to consumers to take advantage of solar power with zero investment. We engage on a Build Own Operate model and supply electricity to customer at pre agreed tariff lower than grid tariff. For Consumer with Load greater than 1MW with contract terms of 25, 15, 10 & 5 Years.
